F\u00fcr unsere \u201ehappy@webmen\u201c-Kampagne wurden wir mit dem Preis ausgezeichnet und es l\u00e4sst sich nicht leugnen: Wir sind stolz!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Was ist der Deutsche Agenturpreis?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Der Deutsche Agenturpreis verleiht jedes Jahr Auszeichnungen an mittelst\u00e4ndische Werbe-, Marketing- und Internetagenturen f\u00fcr kreative Projekte. Bei anderen etablierten Preisen haben oft nur sehr gro\u00dfe Agenturen eine Chance zu gewinnen. Somit gibt der Deutsche Agenturpreis auch kleineren Unternehmen eine Plattform, um ihre erfolgreichen Projekte vorzustellen und einzureichen.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Unsere Gewinner-Kampagne: \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<\/p>\n<p>Im letzten Jahr haben wir unsere Recruiting-Kampagne \u201ehappy@webmen\u201c gestartet, um potentielle Bewerber auf uns als Arbeitgeber in Bremen aufmerksam zu machen. Denn gut ausgebildete Entwickler wachsen leider nicht auf B\u00e4umen. Wir k\u00f6nnen nicht mit \u201ehippen\u201c Standorten wie Hamburg oder Berlin prahlen oder uns mit gro\u00dfen und renommierten Agenturen messen \u2013 aber das wollen wir auch gar nicht. Wer uns kennt, wei\u00df: Wir sind ein ganz sch\u00f6n bunter Haufen.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Im Zuge der Kampagne haben wir uns \u00fcberlegt: \u201eWas k\u00f6nnen wir eigentlich besser als die anderen? Was macht uns als Arbeitgeber attraktiv?\u201c. Und unsere Antwort darauf: <strong>WIR!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Da unser Name sowieso immer mit Batman in Verbindung gebracht wird (Fun Fact: WebMen steht eigentlich f\u00fcr WebMenschen) und dieser auch als Maskottchen in Lebensgr\u00f6\u00dfe in unserem B\u00fcro steht, stand schnell fest: Wir sind Superhelden. Und das wollen wir dem Rest der Welt zeigen. Oder zumindest den Menschen in Bremen\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Passend zur f\u00fcnften Jahreszeit in Bremen, dem \u201eIscha Freimaak\u201c haben unsere bunten Superhelden-Plakate ganz Bremen auf gro\u00dfen XXL-City-Lights geziert \u2013\u00a0dabei ging es vorrangig um die Au\u00dfendarstellung und Wahrnehmung unserer Agentur. Und das hat Wirkung gezeigt.<\/p>\n<p>Unterst\u00fctzt wurde die Kampagne \u00fcber Social Media und die dazugeh\u00f6rige <a href=\"https:\/\/happy.webmen.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Landingpage<\/a>. Unter dem Motto \u201ehappy@webmen\u201c sind zahlreiche weitere Projekte entstanden und geplant. So bauen wir das Wohlf\u00fchl-Klima in der Agentur weiter aus und beziehen unsere Mitarbeiter bei der Gestaltung des Arbeitsplatzes aktiv ein.\u00a0Man kann sagen: Wir sind wirklich happy@webmen!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beispiele unserer umgesetzten Projekte:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leinw\u00e4nde mit Superhelden\/Comic-Stil<\/li>\n<li>Gestaltung der B\u00fcror\u00e4ume mit selbstgebauten Materialien (Eingangsbereich, Hochbeet etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Bew\u00e4sserungsanlage f\u00fcr unsere Pflanzen<\/li>\n<li>B\u00fcchertauschregal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id='gallery-3'
